We transform the people
who transform organizations.
We help develop the untapped potential for leadership that exists in everyone. That's right, everyone. Leaders are made, not born. Leadership can be developed in anyone. Good top leadership is not good enough in this complex and rapidly changing world; now we need organizations full of leaders (we need families, communities, schools, churches, civic groups, chambers of commerce...all full of leaders). Nothing you have done thus far ensures your success in the future. Only one thing will: you must find a way to develop a fail-safe system of leadership that helps you lead your yourself and your organization to unprecedented levels of success and achievement. Learning about leadership is not enough. Developing the "right" set of competencies is not enough; in fact, we believe you already have many of the skills and knowledge you need to be successful. But contrary to popular belief, "Knowledge is Not Power". Applied Knowledge is Power. That's why we focus on what you do with what you know - it's your attitudes, habits and actions that will elevate your success as a leader.
We develop leaders at five levels:
-
Personal Leadership
-
Executive Leadership
-
Management and Supervision
-
Next Generation Successors
-
Remedial and Star Performers
We work with organizations, with teams and with individuals through our In-House Leadership Institute or multi-business groups, through team development groups, and through one-on-one coaching. Our processes are self-customizing to the goals and desired results of each individual, team or organization. We all have untapped potential and we apply the disciplines of training, applied learning, group facilitation, motivation, consulting and coaching - to help you unlock more of your potential. We will ask you tough questions because our clients expect nothing less from us.
Leadership Development
A leader combines the vision and curiosity of a dreamer with the practical engineering of a builder. A leader is goal directed, looking forward with anticipation toward the attainment of goals. Goals give meaning and purpose to life and serve as a continuous source of motivation in the pursuit of all activities. The capacity for leadership exists in everyone, but most people never take the time to develop it. Leadership is determination, courage, confidence and the ability to view a situation and respond to it.
Positive Leadership assumes that goals can be accomplished, the job can be done, the problem can be solved and obstacles can be overcome. Leaders create their own future because they have faith in themselves. They know where they are, where they are going and how they are going to get there. Leaders get results -- nothing more, nothing less.

Executive Leadership
Success in today's complex global arena is challenging and the rules are changing. For an organization to compete globally, executive leaders will have to create an organizational culture in which everyone is challenged to seek innovative and improved methods of doing business. Leading today's organization into tomorrow's competitive arena will require teamwork, collaboration and speed.
To create and lead an organization that will maintain a competitive advantage during such turbulent times, many executives will have to transform an organizational culture that was founded on yesterday's paradigms. Priorities will have to shift and thinking will have to change.

Successful leaders don't start out by asking, "What do I want to do?" They ask, "What needs to be done?" Then they ask, "Of those things that would make a difference, which are right for me?" They don't tackle things they aren't good at. They make sure those necessities get done, but not by them. They are not afraid of strength in others.
