          Ours is an innovative and unique inside-out development process.  We align organizational and individual goals and performance, helping people to be more effective and organizations to become more productive.  People are typically hired and trained based on skills and knowledge.  In fact, some say, “knowledge is power.”  We believe that applied knowledge is power.  People succeed (or fail) because of attitudes and habits - how they apply themselves - which can be developed.
